My stay was fine during winter time. Central location was a plus. I had a deluxe room and it was modern with fridge, water boiler, as for instance. The staff were very amiable and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge...

The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with a hairdryer, a rain shower, and bath sheets, located conveniently close to the town center and a lake.

This hotel is spotless, features exceptionally comfortable beds and great views, plus it offers a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron for added convenience.

Hotel doors had poor locks, no a/c, felt like staying in old hospital, the total outlook was "cheap", it was an training center for adults and the focus was totally in that,instead of at the hotel business. You also need a car of taxi to get to the city. I do not recommend this hotel to business travellers.

I had an excellent stay during the winter! the single room I booked had central heating, an iron, and a work desk, which made my visit very comfortable. the pool area was great, and the hotel's location was stunning—just a short walk to the Qstock music festival, the city center, and a lovely park nearby. I enjoyed a meal at the à la carte restaurant near the hotel. I truly didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!

The restaurant was expensive and the waiter didn't have a clue about the wine list. €18 for a piece of chicken with raspberries! I had to ask for potatoes and vegetables which weren't included. Cheapest wine was €27. Enough said.

The breakfast offered lots of fresh meals. the room I got was immaculately clean and outstanding with a water boiler and fridge. - the location was stunning and magnificent for exploring this beautiful area, next to museums, a central park, a dam/lake, a park by a river.
